this was not the best holiday inn i have stayed in. Rooms a bit dated,no fridge,iron or safe.No complimentary water or biscuits..(may seem petty but it all adds to the experience)that said I did get a good deal via superbreaks so cannot really complain.If you want the Zoo this Holiday inn is ideal..but also not too bad for the city.....
