“Clean, comfortable - just watch the stairs!”

I stayed at Haggis twice during my trip to Scotland, both times the beds were very comfortable and there are really handy international power sockets above each bed - so you don't have to worry about using an adapter, just plug straight in. “One of the cleanest Hostels ive stayed in world wide!”

Hi All, I highly recommend Haggis Hostel in Edinburgh, Friendly, Efficient staff, very quite no street noise(in fairness you are like 10 storys up)........incredibly clean and hygienic from the bedlinen given fresh on arrival to the toilets,the kitchen facilities....especially the showers all i saw was white!! I had a very enjoyable stay here and ive stayed in hostels all over... More

“Couldn't have felt more at home.”

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The beds we comfy and the rooms were adequately furnished and modern. Free Internet in the lobby and very good clean showers. The hostel was fantastic and if I visit again I'd most definitely stay here again.

Haggis Hostel is the best ever hostel I had stayed: excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, very clean and tidy bedroom, very good shower, excellent kitchen, etc. I would come back there if coming back to Edinburgh in the future!
