Isabelle was very helpful when I made my booking, and very undertsanding when I had to cancel due to bad weather making the trip impossible. She even allowed me to cancel without charge - very kind. Will definitely book to stay at the Criagmoss next time I have to be in Edinburgh. More

I didn't actually get to stay there because of a medical emergency which arose before my arrival. I contacted them and they cancelled the reservation without charge. They will definitely get my business when next in Edinburgh. More
