Old, which we like, well maintained and comfortable with large rooms. Excellent breakfast. Hard to find (down a small dirt road) but well worth it when you arrive. Hostess was very helpful, and we highly recommend it for any type of traveller. Beautiful common area rooms.

We stayed in the family room, very large and comfortable, correct breakfast and wonderful location and building. Do not forget to visit the living room. My daughter played the piano during breakfast ... lovely ! Try to arrive with light as it is easy to miss the main entrance.

Stayed here for one night, had a very nice room as you really can imagine, very friendly landlords in a very quiet surronding. Very good breakfast with a good variety of choices, recommended for families travelling with children, good location to travel to Edinburgh and surrondings (however you need a car)
