From initial booking to end of stay no problems I was contacted 2-3 days before arrival to confirm my expected time of arrival -a very nice touch. Warm welcome and room very comfortable. Had a fantastic stay at this guest house- great location for all amenities. Rooms beautifully presented (I don't understand the comment about dormitories) we had no issues with water pressure or hot water and we stayed on the top floor as well.
