The staff are great.
The rooms are brilliant.
Always get an upgrade as a platinum member.

Been to this hotel many times before, stayed on business, although would definately consider staying here for liesure, great location, with a huge shopping Centre directly opposite.
They offer a really good pre-theatre dinner option, at a reasonable price.

We had a 2 night stay between Xmas and New Year. Easy to walk to from Buchanan St bus station or Queen St Station. Good location; opposite cinema complex and close to Buchanan Street and Sauchiehall Street if shoppings your thing. If on room only deal, nice (but busy) Pret a Manger just closeby for good food.
