I was there for a wedding and extended visit. The hotel was fine but it was the helpfulness of the staff with anything I asked that made it so great. Thank you very much!! Will from now on always consider to stay in a Premier Inn.

I stayed two nights in April 2013 and found the room comfortable and clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful with a problem I had using an unfamiliar phone system. I ate two breakfasts and one lunch at the nearby Burnbrae Bar and Restaurant and was very satisfied with the food choice and quality.

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting family. First room was not unsuitable for my small child, Mel swapped our room without hesitation! Room was very, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Staff friendly and helpful both in hotel and restaurant. Restaurant excellent and independent, I.e. nor brewers fayre or beefeaters. Just a great relaxed place to stay and eat good food. Close enough to centre of Glasgow but ease of access and car parking makes driving an option. Good base for away days.

i stayed here last week with my daughter and granddaughters while my son in law was in the golden jubilee for open heart surgery, our room was superb, reception staff were fantastic, even down to warming my granddaughters teddies in microwave each night, would highly recommend this premier inn to others.
