The apartment is very nicely furnished and everything was neat and tidy but it seems that the company did not want to ensure their guests enjoyed their stay. The curtains were not black out so the street light shone into the room the entire night. Also no one seemed to have thought that as it is in the city centre... More

Good central location, easy and relatively cheap parking, spacious 1-bedroom apartment. Kitchen was surprisingly well equipped, although the fire blanket was missing (slightly risky). Negatives: glass tables and slippery sofas aren't my cup of tea, and some more subtle independent lighting (i.e. not just a dimmer switch) would be nice. Double bed = 2 single beds pushed together, so there's... More

It has been my second stay in a flat in Glasgow. At first I tried to book Bathstreet 38 - made a great experience with that one - which had been full already. Therefore, we decided to book Hot-el apartments. The apartment is good with all amenities you need. The beds could be comfier, especially the seperated ones are very... More

Stayed here in March last year - only just got round to posting my review so my comments may be a bit out of date. The good things about these apartments are that they provide much more space than a hotel room, are centrally located and are generally quite well equipped. However the main thing that I really disliked was... More

We used the appliances to make breakfast. Something tripped the fuse box. The oven door came off in my partners hand almost crushing his foot - extremely dangerous with hot stoves on the hob and the oven on... It looked as though it had happened before and they just tried to stick it back on. So be careful when using... More

The first clue was the receptionist who was unfriendly and not very helpful as we were checking in. Instead of just taking a runthru of credit card demanded £200 deposit! For one night, from two business women in their forties, definitely likely to trash the place! The apartment was lovely but had a leak above the window so the floor... More

Having stayed in many hotels and apartments this came out top for everything. The service we received from both Michaels was outstanding. We planned to go to Glasgow for the new year, leaving Aberdeen late Friday night. When we realised we were it was going to be into the early hours of the morning we would be arriving we called... We came down to Glasgow to celebrate the new year. Wasnt until after we had booked the apartment we found out reception shut at 8 and had a panic about getting down on time. However, there was no problems as we let them know an arrived early hours of the morning. We got a warm welcome. The staff were very... More

Stayed here a couple of times for work. Small, basic no-frills apartments. Central location but the double glazing is totally inadequate. The walls between apartments are paper thin and you can hear every word your neighbours say!! Not a great choice if you actually want some sleep! The one bed apartment has 2 single beds pushed together and made up... More
