I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful Kenny. The room was beautifully made up and everything was clean. The breakfast in the morning was just perfect with plenty of choices. It is just a 5 minute walk from the city centre. I would deinitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

found this guest house through trip advisor wasn't prepared for, how good it would be . 5 mins from town center ,excellent rooms , breakfast was delicious and massive. Kenny and Dorothy are very welcoming and helpful . Would recommend to anybody cathie & john craig Falkirk
