Location superb . Staff excellent . Clean hotel . But it is only a three star hotel . Hotel is upgrading throughout as some parts are dated and maybe quite a bit to go . Amazing location looking over the River Ness, and just a few minutes walk away from the main shopping street and amenities. Rooms excellently decorated. Really nice atmosphere throughout hotel.
