We received a warm welcome at Ness bank, parked easily right outside, lovely clean and homely room overlooking the river, very pretty. We were given great suggestions of where to go for food and drink. Fantastic breakfast, would highly recommend.

Just spent 2 nights at Ness Bank. Was in Inverness for a wedding. DAvid's Guest House iss perfect for people wanting a short break in Inverness. Very close to town, had a great view over the river and breakfasts were great. Highly recommended good value accomodation.

This is a lovely little B&B centrally located on the banks of the river ness (we were lucky enough to have a river view from our room) but it's just off the busy main streets so there's not the noise but only a five minute walk to the bustle. Ness Bank B and B was outstanding. The location is perfect - wonderful views from our bedroom window and close to the city centre, hotels and shops. Davis was a great host - providing us with fantastic local knowledge about where to go and what to do. Breakfasts were excellent. Very highly recommended!

We stayed for two nights in June. Breakfast was very good. David was very helpful in answering our questions about Inverness and also kindly posted a book that we'd unintentionally left behind. The location is great, a quiet spot on the river only five minutes' walk from the town centre.

David was quite the host. The view was spectacular. The price was very reasonable. It is everything and more that David had said it was. Only a short walk to the city center, parks and right on the River Ness which in itself is a beautiful walk. I'm sure that we saw Nessie too!

We stayed here only one night but found this B&B very good. Our room was spacious and breakfast excellent. Location is close to the centre but still very peacefull.
