This review is a bit late, as we stayed with Alison in July 2010, but seeing the reviews it appears she's just as wonderful as ever. My mother and I booked for a two night stay (as we had come to see the Highland Games). Bannerman was within easy walking distance to the games, and had a parking space for... More

Spent a night at Bannerman Bed and Breakfast and was given a warm welcome from the hostess, Alison. Room was really spacious with an en suite bathroom and shower. Really nice decoration in the room and a huge comfy double bed. Alison was on hand to provide any answers to questions about the area we had, and was able to... More

Very good to excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable and nicely furnished. Good location with parking onsite. Landlady very helpful in terms of information on restaurants etc. A short walk to the city centre. Very good breakfast (fruit salad, cereals & cooked). Recommended. More

This is a lovely place to stay. Classy rooms with nice touches like a bowl of sweets on the fireplace ledge, complimentary toiletries, brochures featuring local attractions, DVDs to watch upon request and much more. Our room was spotlessly clean and had en-suite shower and toilet. Comfiest bed I've ever slept in at a B&B or hotel. Delicious full Scottish... More

The room, huuuge towels, great breakfast (with a menu !!),... More

Me and my wife stayed here from 07/10/11 for the weekend and could've stayed longer to be honest. Alison the owner met us at the door and showed us our room, which was a beautiful, and were told about all the best places to go in town depending on your taste. We were given our own key to allow us... More

This is an extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, well appointed and reasonably priced bed and breakfast with generously sized rooms. There is a warm welcome from the landlady Alison who is very knowledgeable about where to eat and place to visit in the area. There are lovely walks just around the corner, along the canal bank or along the river into... More
