Shocking!! Terrible, the manager should be sacked. On arrival our room stank, on investigation we realised the toilet had not only not been cleaned but not even flushed. There was excrement in the bowl that (judging by the smell) had been there for days. The doorman told my friend to f**k off and they were the good points!! Never again!!!

The hotel (if it is possible to call it that way) is very cheap and on the main road of Fort William, directly in the center of the city. Location, charm, great food, friendly helpful staff, clean basic rooms, wonderful views - High Street or Loch, you really couldn't ask for better value!
