wonderfull longhouse. warm, cosy and ideally situated. the resident peacocks seem to multiply each day and bring a reality to the location. a walk in the grounds is good and the graveyard and witches maze shows the age and history. highly recommended.

We absolutely enjoyed staying at this beautiful castle and meeting the lovely hosts. Our bathroom and room were bright and spacious, while breakfast was super yummy with fresh raspberries and blueberries.
