This was our first stop in our 12 day Scotland trip, and Caroline made our stay a very comfortable one. She went the extra mile, in cooking omlettes for us, for our breakfast. We found her and the B&B a warm and welcoming place. Recommended!!

Room was spacious and great breakfast. It was a shame that we only stayed for a night and our last stop in Scotland. Conveniently located around shops and big supermarket which we enjoyed very much. Caroline's handwritten map was certainly helpful to us. If there is a chance to come back to Perth again, will definitely look for Caroline again.

We spent our first night as a married couple at Rosebank guest house. Caroline was so generous and gave us a lovely welcome. The room was superb, and the breakfast was delicious. We couldn't have been happier with the service and environment. Thanks so much!

We stayed just for one night in the end of our road trip but we couldn't ask for more - Very nice staff (Caroline), amazing Scottish breakfast, great rooms and location! If i ever return to Perth, i'll definitely stay here again.

The Rosebank Guest House is conveniently located for the centre of Perth, and an evening stroll around the North Inch Park.
