We were going to a concert and stayed overnight. Room very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. We would highly recommend the Hazeldene Guest House .Very easy access to Perth Concert Hall and shops just a ten minute walk over the bridge.

We;ve stayed at hazeldene twice A lovely house....only 10 mins from city centre... hosts Rob & Glenda most welcoming. Room clean & cosy plenty tea coffe bisc etc and a small fridge. Bathroom was really nice with a good shower.The breakfast was great, thanks guys.....I certainly recommend this guest house.

Everything you'd want from a B+B - lovely hosts, clean, cosy room, tasty breakfast (nicely presented too). We didn't eat there in the evening, but another guest who we got talking to at breakfast said the dinners were great.
