The family rooms at this b&b are well-outiftted and spacious. The hostess was very kind and considerate of food intolerances / allergies - which was much appreciated! On one of the main roads out of Perth, it was easy to find.

We arrived on the door of this bed and breakfast at 6pm needing a bed and very weary was greeted bby i lovely Caroline.She made us very welcome, bedroom was comfortable, breakfast was great good selection on offer highly recommend.

I visited the villa for about the 8th time last weekend. It was all you expect and hope for from a BnB. Parking, friendly hosts, good breakfast, clean and tidy rooms. We will be back for more next year.

after 100km of biking i was more than happy to be welcomed in this excellent b&b. great & friendly family and amazing service. not to mention the breakfast, which was probably my best breakfast during my two weeks stay in scotland. definitily an amazing b&b!!!
