Excellent central location and very welcoming. Comfort and cleanliness of en-suite room first rate. Full Scottish breakfast superb. When train delayed, Mrs Robertson quickly organised transport to Edinburgh for us. Highly recommend to anyone, and we would definitely visit Blair Cottage again.

A very nice little place with a very nice and friendly hostess! We stayed here for two nights. The breakfast was really good and the rooms were cosy. We sure hope to be back here again some day and can recommend this to everyone who is planning a stay in Pitlochry.

Due to some unexpected circumstances, we arrived Blair cottage after 10 pm without advance notice. Mrs Robertson kindly greet us, and arrange the dinner in the Indian restaurant for us. great value . on street parking and friendly. one night stayed super breakfast. rooms with tv and dvd playing including dvds! (just in case it rains) we had a sofa and en suite bathroom only the loud toilet pump was a little annoying - v. comfy otherwise.

We found Sarah's b/b to meet all our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, had all the amenities and was cozy! The location is very convenient for a stay in Pitlochry and we were there four nights. Everything we wanted was within easy walking distance. Highly recommended !! The feeling is like home; cozy, comfy, clean and neat. Mrs. Robertson is so welcoming and lovely person. We enjoyed our traditional Scottish breakfast. Benjie's entertained as well wt his antics. Love the town (Pitlochry) itself. Would love to come back and book on same B&B!

A group of 6 of us stayed at Blair Cottage in June 2012. We arrived by overnight sleeper very early; (6.15 ) and Mrs Robertson kindly opened her doors to us at 7.00am and agreed to cook us all a breakfast, even though we were not really booked in until that evening. Blair Cottage is right in the centre of Pitlochry which made it ideal for our purpose. We found it cosy, friendly, clean and comfortable. The full Scottish breakfast was excellent. If we are in the area again we will certainly be paying another visit. Did I also tell you we fell in love with Benji the jackdoddle.

what a lovely place to stay, mrs robertson is a lovely friendly lady and benji is a "top dog" :) breakfast is superb and rooms are spotless and very comfy after a long day of sightseeing. highly recommend this b&b to anybody...first class x
