Stayed last minute for 1 night on 18 May and couldn't have enjoyed it more. The room was contemporary, large and very clean and we were delighted with it. Lots of little touches improved the stay even more with homemade biscuits in the room, iced water and china teacups :) The breakfast was amazing and there was so much of... More

Stayed at this B and B on 1/2nd April with two kids in one of the family rooms. The room itself had a king size and two single beds with fresh contemporary decor, very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast room had a log fire and the breakfast was delicious. The owners, Heather and Michael were friendly and knowledgable re... More

We stayed here for a pre-Christmas weekend and would well-recommend it. The room was cosy and comfortable, the bathroom big, with a deep bath and decent shower. I'd been drawn by the breakfast menu, which managed to exceed my keen expectations! I love a breakfast with several courses, and everything, from the buffet to the bread basket - toasted raisin... We had a wonderful weekend at Dalshian House. A lovely house set in beautiful surroundings. I enjoyed watching the red squirrels at breakfast time and appreciated the binoculaurs that were left on the table. The breakfast each morning filled me up till mid afternoon! My husband said this was the best breakfst he has ever had! Delciously tasty. The lounge... More

Excellent weekend. A lovely property set in its own grounds with its own red squirrels! Our room was comfortable and warm, with all sorts of thoughtful details (we loved the shortbread). Martin and Heather are friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts who clearly want to help their guests have a great time. The breakfast was stupendous - quite the best I... More

Just returned from a lovely weekend staying at the Dalshian Guest House in Pitlochry. Absolutely lovely and so relaxing. There can't be many hosts that pay so much attention to all the wee details that make staying away to good, sherry in the lounge, shortbread in the tin. Probably the best Scottish breakfast we've had. Well done.

We had a couple of nights here in February 2012 and its one of the best B&B's we have stayed in. Excellant service and the afternoon tea was wonderful. A lovely roaring fire and very comfortable lounge as well as well appointed bedrooms with large ensuite facilities. The little extra touches made it more special, homemade shortbread in the room...
