Everybody's home in Sandra's B&B. Her great heart and hospitality are priceless! Plus great location in Dublin 9, right next to the Botanic Gardens and the famous Glasnevin cementary, 20 mins walk from the city centre. Excellent choice!

We stayed only for one night since I ended up in here by chance (long story short, the place I booked screwed up my reservation and did not have any room available when I arrived). The room was decent and comfortable with private small bathroom. Location was great for taking a bus quickly to downtown area. Houses are old style... More

Super. Sandra is very friendly and you feel like at home. I really appreciated the Irish breakfast. 3 Dublin bus lines pass near the Band B and it is only 30 minutes walk from the City centre and Bus Eireann coaches. bedrooms are quiet. If I come back to Dublin I will probably book in that B and B.

I was staying in Dublin recently for 3 weeks with work. Sandra and Ken are the perfect hosts, caring, friendly and helpful. The house is lovely, and located in beautiful Glasnevin (near the famous cemetery and Botanic Gardens). Very easy to get into City Centre - only 10 minutes by bus or a 20 minute walk. If you are looking... More

Recently stayed here for a week whilst working in Dublin. Can't say enough to praise Sandra and Ken who went above and beyond what was necessary for an enjoyable stay in Dublin. The room was clean. It was so cold outside and the owners were so kind to give us extra blankets and a small heather. The breakfast was excellent. It is a nice place to stay, with friendly hosts and happy to recommend it Regards

We had a great time in Ireland. Thanks to Ken and Sandra for their great hospitality. The room was nice and clean and the full irish breakfast was very tasty. The location of the Botanic Villa is great for trips to the city by bus. We can only recommend the Botanic Villa! Best regards, Elisabeth (Pippa ;-)) and Florian

This was my second trip to Dublin for St. Patrick's Day and I am so happy that we found this B&B. Ken and Sandra will go out of their way to make sure you stay is comfortable, relaxing and the best. We traveled with friends the first time and our family/children the second time and I can tell you from... More

This is a great B&B for a night or two. So close to downtown with a bus stop close by. Owners apparently work hard to keep the place clean and homey. The only negative was the beds were a bit uncomfortable, but I'm used to a super comfy mattress at home. It was nice not needing a car here!

I can say this B&B has a very kind and gentle owners, with attention to guest's needs, always looking to create a nice atmosphere in a familiar context. I suggest this place to everyone that want to visit dublin or stay for a longer time and want to feel like home!
