We were given a very warm welcome on arrival and the staff were most helpful. Breakfast was excellent especially the bowl full of seasonal fruit salad and the home made breads. Stayed here with my partner for a wee getaway in April 2013. Everything about the stay was first class. The room was very comfortable, and pleasantly decorated. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast excellent. It's in a nice quiet part of Dublin, but within walking distance of the DART and some nearby top-class restaurants. Highly recommended.

Everyone on the staff at Butlers went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They were each extremely friendly and helpful. The property is convenient to city center, either by bus or walking. Hotel experience excellent, except for my car being moved by a member of staff from back to front of hotel and causing damage to the sill. Contacted the hotel one day later, but they did not return my call as promised. Unacceptable.
