We stayed two nights at this poor hotel. The room was abysmal from the door being damaged, windows broken and not shutting and no double glazing in road facing room. There were wires and extension cables everywhere a real fire hazard. The room was also filthy. The breakfast and bar areas where also in need of a clean. No way... More

Stayed here at the weekend just gone with my mom and my sister. Got a triple room for 104euro including breakfast (the breakfast was continental-not full Irish). Room was nice (the hotel is old) but was cold on arrival (reception sorted this for us). Nice TV and bathroom and the room was big enough. Parking was 12euro for overnight (car... More

We stayed at Cassidy's for a weekend to go to a gig at the O2. The hotel is beautifully located in the centre of the city on O'Connell street. You have all the main shops, bars and restaurants nearby, with Temple Bar just across the river. The staff in the hotel were great, really friendly and made us feel very... More

First night in room where the shower was grubby, bulb in bedside lamp not working and the bed linen was totally crumpled (not sure if it hadn't been ironed or worse not changed), but it smelt ok!! Next morning towel rail in bathroom went on fire, we had to ring reception twice before anyone came up, then someone came up,... More

The location is very good. It's near everything, but without all the noise of the pubs. The bedroom was just ok, but for the price it was a good deal. There is WiFi connection in every floor. More

Heating was broke in room on a freezing january evening. The porters were missing and our bags were locked in luggage room which the poor receptionist had to sort out himself...eventually. Arrogant manager prancing around was quite rude. Grubby bathroom, thick with spiders web clearly never saw a hoover or mop. Breakfast plates all grubby and not properly washed. Cups... More

Stayed at Cassidy last Saturday night and was not our first time to stay there. It was a hotel we always enjoy staying at because of its location, friendly staff and generally always a good experience. However I am afraid I thought standards were slipping a little. Firstly our check in and out was done by a receptionist who seemed... More

Stayed for 1 night. Hotel is in a good location. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very cold and when I complained I do not feel that it was dealt with very well. The bathroom was not great, the toilet was chipped, the mastic was mouldy and the shower was not easily controlled and the water flow was... More
