I stayed at this hotel on a friends recommendation and was very disappointed, the best I can say was it was clean and in a great location. Some of the negatives were that the lift wasn't running for one and a half days of the four days i was there, we put a word into the front desk that our... more

Stayed in this Hotel to attend a concert in Dublin, Location,(The Luas is right outside the door, Shopping & Attractions all on the doorstap) Atmosphere, Staff and Food were all excellent. The Music venue is amazing so much fun to be had.. Special mention to the wonderful GM George, who looked after us all so well. We will definitely be... more

The hotel was in a convenient location (within walking distance of all the main attractions). This we enjoyed this about the hotel. However, this location did not make up for the fact that the club below is able to be heard until the early hours in the morning. (We read other reviews mentioning this, but did not pay too much... more

Grounded in Dublin 7 days on my very own, the Abbey Hotel and the nice and most caring staff ever, was like a home and family to me. Big, very clean and tidy rooms, great location, always someone in the bar, lovely atmosphere, good food. Noise from the bar in the street at weekendnights. I always avoid noisy hotels, but... more

I will start by saying that for a 2 star hotel at approx £30 a night this hotel is absolutely fine. Of course its not going to be the best hotel ever but you get what you pay for. My biggest worry when I book a fairly cheap hotel is that it wont be clean. Our room was fine in... more

This hotel is situation in the heart of the city centre and is only a 5 min walk from Temple Bar. It was value for money and clean and tidy but the only downside was that its situated right next to a nightclub. After reading reviews I was abit sceptical about this and thought that maybe some people were complaining... more

I stayed here before Christmas. The hotel is excellent value for such a central location. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the rooms were nice and clean. The bar had recently been renovated and was really nice, served lovely food too. You won't get better value with such a central location, I'll definitely stay here again. more
