We stayed for only one night, but it was in the perfect location, minutes away from the train station and shops. The service was incredibly helpful in pointing us to a couple restaurants we had wanted to try, and even made reservations for us. Rooms were a great size, and beds were very comfortable. We only had one night here & it wasn't enough. Staff were so nice & helpful, our room was great & great location. The breakfast was included & the staff there also could not do enough to help. So much more pleasant than our stay in Dublin.

Great location but would have helped to know hotel parking is discounted public car park behind the hotel, city centre car park on fairgreen road. 24hour rate was 10 euros with hotel validation, means you can tour Galway in the morning without worrying about rushing away.
