A loverly position ,beautifully presented,great breakfast. But only had room with two single beds left, the fate of failing to book early . Breakfast was adequate and tasty, sometimes you can eat tooooo much! Host polite but buisness like !her husband very nice and chatty. We would stay again

Last May, we stayed at Chelmsford House for three nights and had the best experience. The house was welcoming, clean, and the food was delicious. My favorite was the Baileys oatmeal. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Top service and a very warm atmosphear!!we found the b&b on the app b&b ireland. We would go back there an other time. Pat and louise are very gently and answer as all questions and did evwrything that we felt comfortable. The location is about 15min from town, good situated!!

Chelmsford House is a little gem. Immaculately clean, great breakfast and a very personable host. Great location to explore the beautiful Killarney. Just two minor niggles - squeeky floorboards and little space for two suitcases.

it was very nice in chelmsford house. Total romantic, a little bit like in a castle. The room and the bathroom were very clean. We had have a wonderful view from our balcony. And Louise is very nice. I loved the pancakes by breakfast. Rainer & Margit

This very friendly couple made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. B&B was only a short walk from the centre of Killarny and we loooooved the beakfast! Would definately recommend this place to other tourists.

A great 3 nights were spent at this b&b just a 7 minute walk to the town breakfast was the best we had in Ireland on our 10 day trip.
