This hotel is a newer place with a pleasant Best Western kind of ambience. Most remarkable was the willingness of front desk staff to offer directions to local attractions, store luggage for an entire day while we toured before departure, and call cabs and assist us long after we had checked out and the bill had been paid. Stayed for a couple of nights over Easter just past this hotel was Clean, comfortable, convenient location and the staff where so pleasant and helpful. Excellent breakfast which set us up for the day. There was a nice variety of choice on the menu. No hesitation in recommending this hotel. I would definately use this hotel again.

Ideally, situated very close to the city center. The restaurant is big and well looked after. The food was very good and fast service. the facilities are modern and the staff is lovely. The chicken with mushrooms sauce was perfect. I will definitely stay again if I have to stay in Killarney.

Perfect location, very clean and quiet, family room was spacious and comfortable with refreshing view and it was like a home for my family, toilet and shower were fantastic. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our 5 days in Killarney and thanks to Brook Lodge Hotel staff.

Very accommodating...very clean...love the cozy bar area and of course our receptionists who were very attentive to our needs. Rooms are very spacious and quiet! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants quick access to the town of Killarney without the hassle of having to find taxis.

Everyone was very friendly - the room was clean, large and comfortable. The shower was tremendous with hot water and strong water pressure. The location was perfect and just a short walk from restaurants and shops. The perfect place to stay when visiting Killarney!!

The Brook Lodge Hotel was a 2-5 minute walk to downtown and a quick drive to the national park! The breakfast was great and the stuff was really friendly and accomodating! The room was a really good size.

Really a B and B atmosphere but still a hotel. Everyone is friendly[would the Irish be anything else}. Close to everything/walking distance. Clean. When i return to Killarney,would stay here again. There are no microwaves or frigs but really do not need..
