Had a wonderful experience in Killarney at this B&B. Rosemary was great and breakfast was good. Our room was spacious and the house was decorated beautifully. Being on a cul de sack made it very private and quiet. Would highly recommend this B&B. More

We stayed one night with Rosemay O'Connell at Oaklawn. Very clean and comfortable, nice breakfast in the AM. Quiet location and short walk into town. Rosemary arranged for the Ring of Kerry tour bus to pick us up and drop us off at her door. We left our car with her which was a tremendous convenience all around. More

Oaklawn House is situated in a quiet cul de sack just minutes walk from the town centre. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Rosemary was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome. No hesitation in recomending this B & B. More

We stayed 2 nights. The B&B and the rooms are very nice and clean, in Victorian style, very charming. The B&B is central in the city of Killarney, but far from the noisy place, located in a side and quite cul-de-sac. The owners are friendly and ready to help you in case of need; especially Rosemary was very very kind... More

Stayed here last summer on a trip through Ireland. Great food, GREAT location, and very nice proprietor. Ask her about her husband, Ronald Reagan, and the bald eagle. More

Only 2 of the rooms have pressurized water. I couldn't even rinse the shampoo out of my hair. I had to get a cup and try to rinse it out. It was a tiny dribble of water. The water that did come out was scolding. Unfortunately we had already booked for 2 nights. The walls were also very thin. I... More

My boyfriend and I stayed for one night at Oaklawn House, after reading brilliant reviews on Trip Advisor. However, on arrival we were very disappointed. The room was very dated - probably decorated in the 1970's, but has not been updated since. The bed was extremely creaky and dipped in the middle. Breakfast was okay - but we were not... More

Lovely home, and Mrs O'Connell is an excellent hostess. Breakfast was very good, and the room and house are beautiful. Would recommend to any all staying in Killarney as was on a quiet street, but very close to all of the action. More

Oaklawn is off the main road, on a quiet side street. It is very well situated for an easy short walk into Killarney centre and also the National Park. The directions on the website are somewhat outdated: The Texaco Garage is now Amber and the Leanes Foodstore is now AsiaFoodstores (?). The house is large, with a sitting area for... More
