Helen is the nicest person you will ever meet. The house is very warm and welcoming. We stayed 3 nights and it was wonderful. We were in Ireland 16 days and this was our favorite place to stay. More

We were able to find the B&B without any problem. We only were able to stay one night but Helen was very nice and very helpful with finding a place to eat for dinner and places to sight see and shop. Breakfast was wonderful and prompt. The rooms were comfortable, clean and a good price. We wish we could have... More

Kilkenny and our stay at the Dunboy were the highlight of our trip to Ireland. Helen was very welcoming (even when we showed up early) and friendly, and was a great help in giving us directions to local attractions. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-decorated, and the breakfasts were the best we had during our trip, with homemade breads... More

Helen, the owner, was the nicest B and B hostess we had during our 2 week trip to Ireland. The room was clean and comfortable. We were served a delicious full Irish breakfast. I highy recommend this B and B to anyone visiting Kilkenny. More

Helen was just the best host for our overnight in Kilkenny. She has been at this for 20 years and is a pro. She had us stodgy old Americans in stitches. More

Helen and Tony still run the best B & B in all of Kilkenny. We've been there before and we will go back there everytime we travel to Ireland. We are treated like family and that is a most enjoyable feeling for us. You are in this family home so needless to say it is immaculately clean and comfortable. The... More

Helen Dunnind was a gracious and helpful hostess. We followed her advice as to where to go for meals and sightseeing and didn't regret it. The rooms were clean and bright. I asked for and got a room downstairs because of a leg problem. My room was spacious. And it was a short ride in to town, and not a... More

Helen was so helpful and so nice. My wife got sick and Helen tried to find some cold medicine for her. When she couldn't she gave us directions to their chemist so we could get some. The breakfast was good and plentiful. She has tea and cookies available in the sitting room at all times. The only reason I gave... More

We had the pleasure of staying with Helen and Tony on a recent trip with my in-laws to Ireland. We stayed just one night and wish we could've stayed longer! Helen and Tony were both loads of fun and the perfect hosts. Helen even let us sort out some credit card issues on her phone while we were there! The... More
