We had a special three night package for two people.

Receptionist was polite and efficient. Bar was good clean and the bar food was grand. My room was tiny, the walls were so thin you could hear the TV next door. My TV was faulty.
There was a gap around the surround of the light switch , and the floor in my room was uneven.

My partner and I stayed at Treacys hotel for 5 nights last November. On arrival the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and stayed polite throughout our stay.
