I am unable to fault this hotel. Friendly reception, very comfortable room with every facility and free Wifi, and lots of information about the area. Breakfast was a genuine "full English" and tasty. The parking pass was the icing on the cake! Extraordinary value for money.

Excellent location only a few minute's walk in to the centre of town. Room decor very nice and has everything you would require including free wifi. Owner is very nice\helpful. Your provided with a parking pass to use on the streets outside the B&B. The breakfast was enormous, we couldn't eat it all. Would recommend 100%

I have stayed there once a year for the past 10 years now and the service has always remained first class. The rooms are always spotlessly clean with tea and coffee making facilities on tap. Expect a warm welcome from Sue and be prepared for a fantastic breakfast.

We have just stayed at this fantastic B&B in Harrogate. A fantastic large clean comfortable room with a large on suite. Good in room facilitys plenty of tea coffee etc and a wide range of tv channels However it is more a very good B&B and not a hotel

Great stay at this hotel,close enough to the town,lovely and peaceful location close to HIC.Brilliant breakfast will reccomend to everyone,definately be returning.Great superior room and bathroom,very clean,cannot fault this hotel in any way.
