An absolute treasure of a place. Very central to the town and Valley Gardens. Easy to park. Delicious breakfast. Mike and Helen are great hoteliers. Much much better qaulity and service than in a 4* [and expensive] hotel. We look forwards to our next trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our sty at Lamont House. Mike and Helen were very welcoming and made us feel relaxed and at home. The room was lovely with everything we wanted. The breakfast was great, especially the scrambled eggs and salmon with herbs from their own garden. A lovely touch. Thank you very much. We would love to come back sometime.

we have just arrived home after spending the weekend at the flower show. This is the 2nd time at the lamont and cant fault it. Comfy, clean, ideal location, fantastic breakfasts, free parking, free use of umberellas and friendly hosts. We have allready booked for next april. Recommend it.

We usually stay in a local hotel when we go to Harrogate. Don't know why! This guest house was excellent. It had everything we needed. Could not ask for a better B&B. We often stay in Harrogate and normally book in to one of the large hotels but will certainly be booking the Lamont from now on. Spacious clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, great location and made to feel very welcome by Mike and Helen.

Easy to find, not far from Railway Station and Bus Station. Central, close to main shopping area and Betty's. Situated in genteel Montpelier area. Room was spacious, clean, light and airy. Mike and Helen were very good hosts, with plenty of local knowledge, all given with a friendly smile.

Another enjoyable stay here, very clean and comortable with lovely hosts mike and helen and superb breakfasts. Also in one of the nicest and convenient area's of town. M Butterfield
