Always a pleasure to stay here, rooms are clean, flat scrern tv, free coffee making facilties, staff are very helpful, and free wifi throughout the hotel. Just located right out side the derby train station. Highly Recommend !

Stayed this week and found not a lot different to last time.Doube rooms only really for one person! Only enough tea/coffee milk and one biscuit. Stayed for two nights over the weekend and was not disappointed. Room was warm and clean, as was the bathroom with over bath shower and toiletries. 32in tv with freeview, tea and coffee, hair dryer, trouser press and table with two additional chairs as well as the dressing table. This is a lovely hotel in a very good location, 2 minutes from the railway station and not far from the city centre and adequate food places. The rooms are lovely with all the facilities you would expect, tea/coffee and toiletries. Welcoming staff and a good night’s sleep.

Great location close to the station, hotel needs some TLC. Was disappointed the hotel would not issue me an invoice and i now see that this web portal is not UK based and doesnt seem like it will issue a vat invoice, very disappointing
