A pleasant stay in a good sized room, which was on the quiet side of the hotel.I didn't eat in the restaurant, but the reception and bar staff were very helpful & polite. A colleague changed her room easily after complaining about the noise from a wedding party.

As we were stopping in hotel for weekend, wanted to book for lunch on Sunday told they were too busy. When we booked weekend we asked if we needed to book in the RESTAURANT and were told book when in hotel.

What a gem, so close to the World heritage Site of Iron Bridge and yet so away from the rush. The staff are exceptionally helpful and attentive. The rooms are well decorated and furnished and the food is excellent. Great deals on breaks as well. We really enjoyed our stay.
