Hotel in desperate need of an upgrade to the point it feels dirty and grubby. I always use this hotel when in the area, the hotel rooms are so ridiculously nice! Oscars restaurant serves the nicest food you will find and even the traditional pub food is delicious. The staff are all lovely and the atmosphere matches everything!! If you're in the area stay here, seriously, do it!!

Stayed here with 2young children, stayed in a four poster bed in a very large room with an en suite bathroom. I stayed here overnight in March 13, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, the food was great, my room was at the top of the hotel which was fab, wanted to take my bed home with me it was soooooo comfortable but it wouldn't fit in the car..... shame.

Had an overnight stay at this hotel. It was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. The food in the restaurant was excellent so good not to have everything with chips. Also had a bar meal which was also excellent . Plenty to eat at breakfast what more can you ask .

Just returned 16 Dec stayed for one night and could not fault this hotel The staff were very friendly and helpful the evening meal was lovely as was the breakfast plenty of car parking and a very reasonable price.We ate in the bar and the resurant and neither could be faulted.
