Great location to stay overnight for Gatwick. Yes we changed room because of no hot water . no problem they gave us a better room. Bar excellent, Wifi poor signal. Didn't use restaurant because of early start. Overall definitely use this hotel again for Gatwick airport.

Stayed in mid April 2013. Rooms good but bathroom could beneifit from a referbishment. Breakfast reasonable with advance booking deal otherwise a bit expensive. Plenty of parking spaces at £5 per day for residents parking.

Would definitely recommend to all those flying out of Gatwick. Room was spacious and quiet, beds were comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant had a good choice of food! Perfect start to the holiday.

Stayed here the night before an early flight as appeared to be good value for the accommodation with parking. However, add the extortionate cost of very mediocre food and drink and the value plummets. Don't eat here!

Very disappointing. We stayed for one night on way to honeymoon...room was OK...pillows were not great...bed OK...but gave up on shower as water was so hot it was impossible to stand...so resorted to a bath which was designed for a hobbit.
