A warm welcome by staff that cared. Rooms have been refurbished. Good car parking. Altogether excellent. You may at times hear the M20 but not too bad. Located next to the river which during the long hot English summers will be very nice.

Great place, changed my mind about the chain. Staff made a big difference, good team and nice location. I have stayed in some poor Premier Inn's in the past in other places in the country, in particular Windsor was the worst. I had stopped using Premier Inn but after this visit to Maidstone Sandling, I will use the chain again

During our stay weather was not so good therefore very little to do except sit in Beefeater next door.Would be better in sommer next to river.Rooms clean and tidy.Staff friendly.Town within walking distance along river.

Such a great place to stay with the best staff you could wish for. The nearby Malta inn is also a great place to eat with staff that are just as good.I can't wait till the summer and the boat trips start as its a very pleasant trip up the river to Maidstone on a paddle steamer.
