This is such a wonderful friendly B&B. We took our 2 small dogs and we were made very welcome. Marthand her daughter are lovely. Will definately return. Leamington Spa is such a beautiful place. The house feels very welcoming, the breakfast was delicious. It's very central and easy to get to. Plenty of parking available.

Martha and her daughter Hannah were very welcoming and accommodating. It's a cute b and b and any little nibbles like the sound of the pump for the bathroom on the top floor became not an issue as their friendliness made up for everything. Good value and a cosy stay.
