My experience of this hotel was that the basic common courtesy you expect from people was lacking. The hotel itself presents a dated corporate image and is in need of investment to justify it's position in the market. It could be cleaner and the service was quite impersonal.

We had a family room over May bank holiday. The hotel is perfectly placed between the castle and the Black Country museum meaning we could walk to both and save on the parking. A good quality 'business' hotel. Well positioned for my business in Dudley. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The only quibble was the heat in the room (too much) and the chair which was so uncomfortable.
