On 2 spearate occasions I have stayed at this hotel and found the rooms cold. On both occasions, their solution was to supply portable heaters. Don't say here. There are many other good hotels in the airport area. They refused a refund and offered 'free coffee' in compensation. This hotel couldn't care less about customers. More

The staff, rooms and taking to and from the airport was efficient and well worth the money. As a traveller with more than 1000 International flights, I have had them all, the good bad & ugly. I will not even look for any other hotels/parking venues in the future. Well done to all the staff at the Crowne Plaza. More
