Room not ready, and was offered another which had been refurbished and was available immediately at an additional cost of £5, which we agreed to as we wanted to leave luggage and go for lunch. Was working for four days - great location, room fine, got a great rate on Novotel website. Breakast too expensive - went out to local coffee shop for a croissant and a cup of coffee - much cheaper! Had one meal in hotel which was nice but too much - maybe not a complaint for some people. More

Booked into this hotel new years eve, because it was the cheapest one i found to be honest that looked decent, and to be honest i was really pleasantly surprised when we arrived, everything was so easy.
