£28 including breakfast, what do you expect? Clean rooms yes, basic breakfast yes. Ideal location to the MEN arena. Owner was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, could have done with being a bit warmer. Prob wouldn't take the Mrs for a romantic stay but ideal for stay with mates!
