Positives - great location, swift and simple check in, excellent/hard working concierge and a fantastic view from the bedroom. Negatives - the room smelt terribly of smoke, it was almost eye-wateringly strong and this was a "no smoking" room. We stayed here to travel to Old Trafford for a Stadium tour. Check in was easy, staff vrey helpful. £20 to have your car parked in hotels secure valet carpark. Stayed one night at The Hilton Manchester Deansgate.Train fom Airport to Deansgate only 20 mins and hotel opposite the station.Being a Hilton hounors Gold member was upgraded to the executive floor. I enjoyed this Hilton for its stuff, service amd location. The room was decently sized but could have been cleaner. It was obvious that the lady didn't have much time and only gave it a superficial wipe down. Nothing nasty though, just dirt in the corners of the room.
