- Accor Strasbourg Quartier Saint Jean

This hotel is one of the nicest hotels of this level we’ve stayed in. We had booked two rooms and both were really big rooms with a bed area and a desk/sitting area with two nice chairs to relax in. There were extra pillows in the closet and a safe. The bathroom was a decent size and the shower just...

I stayed two nights at this hotel with a friend as we were in town for the 2011 Christmas Market.

First, which was not a big issue for us but might be for others, the hotel website lists that they have parking facilities. The parking is in fact in a separate parking garage a few minutes away. The walk...

I travelled in December on a business trip (EU Parliament plenary session) and got a "business room".
On the POSITIVE side: tidy, a good smell in the rooms, little but renovated bathroom, wide TV screen, tea and water boiler in the room.
On the NEGATIVE side: old bed with apparently old materass (it made funny noises!), rooms are little and...

A great hotel in a great location. Close to the main train station. Easy to walk to all parts of the city. Rooms are on the small side but they are comfortable. The only negative is that it can be quite noisy if your room is facing the street, as you can hear people late at night who are drunk....

The hotel is over all nice with friendly people. I was unfortunate to have a room on the top floor with a slanted ceiling which made getting in and out of one side of the bed very difficult to do without bumping your head. Being a long time friend of the Accor hotel group with approx. 10 nights staying every year preferably in Mercure hotels, I was particularly disappointed this time. I booked three rooms for my family with teenagers. In one room, the heating was malfunctioning. Hotel staff was unable to handle the situation, only giving us after 6 hours a new room....

Good location - close to city centre but away from hustle and bustle. Room a bit on the small side though, only really big enough for the bed! On checking-in, reception staff seemed unaware of terms and conditions applicable to our stay (late check-out option). Cleanliness good; breakfast more than adequate; no restaurant; not easy to find in maze of...
