we arrived mid afternoon, they did not know if the room was ready... we had to wait after over 4 hours trip. he did not have any explanation about hotel service, breakfast hours... we paid m 255 for a very small room and one sink for 2 persons. it is not the best location and poor service. More

Stayed one night at a standard room. From the Starsbourg station, it seems a quite far away to go there by foot. Near hotel, you can take trams and busses :-) It's not at the center but it takes 15-20 mins walk to the Cathedral. If you're a quite old, it takes 20-30 mins. Reception is friendly. Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is only. 10mins walk from cathedral area. Room was large and quiet. Breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had- plenty of choice.
