Outstanding location, clean, neat, safe, and GREAT staff - especially Sophie at the desk! WiFi was funky, but a great location and service for the comparable price! More

The hotel is low-key and simple, as you might expect in a two-star. But the receptionist was kind and helpful, and the location is excellent. More

Stayed at this hotel in this October for three nights. The hotel is situated in a lovely and very lively square, with good restaurants just outside and across the square. Easy bus trip from the train station, or can catch a tram. At a pinch the train station is a 15 minute brisk walk, and that is with luggage in... More

Hotel prices in Strasbourg seemed to be more expensive than Paris, and finding a venue to spend the night in the city centre will not be cheap. However, if you are not too fussy with your room amenities, then this hotel offers good value. Located within 300m of the cathedral, and in a buzzing square, the hotel has an excellent... More

Strasbourg seemed to be full on my arrival and I was lucky to find a room in this hotel. The reception area is very modern. My room was on the third floor. It was very large with a private bathroom. It had two beds and a table, and felt pretty empty. The bathroom was strange with a shower that had... More

I have stayed here many times. The hotel has been redecorated etc. and represents very good value for money close to the cathedral. Rooms on the top floor are biggter and better than some but not for the less mobile as there is no lift. Breakfast is satisfactory, good coffee. Breakfast room a little small. Bed comfort much better tham... More

If you want simple accommodation within easy walking distance of the cathedral, restaurants etc but not in the party area, this is the place for you. staff were friendly and obliging, breakfast was on the money and the room was quiet. The only disadvantage was the very small bathroom. You would need to be quite slim! More

We stayed for just one night in the Citadel des Arts having booked for two. I found the room very dingy and old fashioned. It was cramped and you had to squeeze round the washbasin to get to the loo. OK so the surrounding area is picturesque, the inside definitely is not. The only concession made to its name "des... More

Stayed at Hotel des Arts for one night stop-over in Strasbourg. Great value (80 USD) and location - right around the corner from Cathederal/easy walking distance to all of old town. Front desk staff (Belgian transplant named Karin?) was extremely helpful - went out of her way to help with directions/suggestions. More

Stayed only one night, requested and received a triple room. Good size, ensuite shower, tv, phone. Excellent service from young Anna, who helped us with questions unrelated to our stay. Free internet service in the breakfast area for hotel guests. Located around the corner from the boat tour platform and the cathedral. Would highly recommend it! More
