My cell phone was stolen from my room, and the staff was very rude as I called to pursue the manager regarding this. I was told by the guest services person that it was unknown when the manager worked, and why I wanted to speak to the manager. Ridiculous! The customer did not matter.. Also, this is a bad choice...
