We stayed two nights in April 2013. Great rooms, fantastic breakfast. Really awesome shower too which is a real find in France. Veronique is an excellent host with good restaurant recommendations for the evening. FYI €15 taxi from railway station or tram is quite cheap. 20 min walk along the riverbank promenade to the main tourist area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Veronique's chambre d'hôte. It had a great ambiance and is in a good location. Veronique was an excellent hostess and her healthy breakfast was an added bonus. I recommend this as a good place to stay in Bordeaux.

The rooms are so incredibly charming, clean and large I never wanted to leave the room! The owner was very helpful and she spoke very good English. There is a secure garage which was great for our touring bikes. One of my favourite hotels in all of France!!

A beautifully restored building with furniture to match. Very large room and a spectacular bathroom - all excellent value for money.
