“Great location and helpful staff”

We were only here for one night but the staff went out of their way to help us enjoy our brief stay in beautiful Bordeaux. They made multiple reservations for us and even opened the kitchen at 4:00 am so we could have some breakfast before our early train. The hotel itself is a little worn around the edges but... More

I'll start with the plus points which were good location and nice receptionist. “Comfortable, great location”

Nice clean hotel in a great central location. The triple room was small but clean and comfortable, with a big bathroom. The breakfast was adequate, and the staff helpful (toasted my gluten-free bread for me).

“Great Location”

Wow, right in the city centre...rooms were average and the wifi was touch and go? The breakfast was ok but the choice was very limited. The price for the rooms was high for the service and quality but the location played a big part in this. Good hotel but would think again before coming back
