Just returned today from 4 night stay. So disappointing, nothing like it's portrayed on website. Big mistake to book for 4 nights, first impressions awful, sulky unfriendly receptionist not welcoming at all. Very well placed, in Biarritz centre 100m from the Hotel du Palais. Hotel rooms have been renovated and are comfortable and clean. Staff quality is poor!!!
