I recently stayed in Papillon over the autumn/winter period - a 7month stay. The weather stayed great until mid December and started to warm up again at the end of February. Even though it was winter Dec-Feb, there is still plenty to do in the area and the surroundings are great for walks if you have dogs like I do....
